Now let’s move to the rear. The suspension overhaul is being handled by Scuderia Okumura.

The bump rubber, which had crumbled to pieces, is now brand new.

From here on, we’ll proceed as usual—careful installation to avoid scratches.

The distance collar has some play, so I’ll adjust it.
Suzuki wheels seem to have loose press-fit areas—don’t you think?

The axle should be fine.

It’s clean since we polished it before. Keeping things clean pays dividends. (Saves time.)

The caliper operation is smooth.

Let’s clean the rear disc as well.

The air filter is a washable BMC type.

It’s definitely starting to show signs of fatigue now.

Spark plugs replaced with JR8B.

The pedal had plenty of oil.

Let’s clean and lubricate the side stand.

Synchronized the carburetors. (They were barely out of sync anyway.)

Generating voltage is strong—all good.

We’ve made it symmetrical on both sides by switching to an H2 master tank (small).
After the inspection and test ride, we’re done.
