Half the year has flown by again… I wonder if we’ve made even 1% more progress than last year. That’s what I find myself thinking about, wistfully.
Let’s check out this issue where the engine stalls and cuts out like fuel starvation when you open the throttle.

When we suck on the GOOD side, no gasoline comes out and there’s zero suction sensation.
When we suck on the BAD side, gasoline comes out and we feel suction.
Normally gasoline should flow on the GOOD side.
it ran terribly. When I disconnected the vacuum hose, it ran fine, but… just for a moment? ??? ( ,,`･ω･´)ﾝﾝﾝ?
I’m amazed it ran at all… what a surprise.
I’m glad this part came up. The petcock assembly was smelling off. ( 16970-MBB-D41 Petcock assy ¥11,100 )
Can something that miraculous happen? I thought it might be a fuse, and sure enough, it was blown. I replaced it, but they still didn’t light—so I replaced all the bulbs and they finally lit up.
This one seems like it could have a lot more issues too. That wraps up today’s work.
