This is a work report on jobs we received during inspections and various small tasks.
We installed brake discs on the Z1R
When there’s plenty of material left, surfacing it on a surface plate and reusing it gives good initial contact, I think.
That’s how it turned out.
Here’s the GS1000S. We continued its inspection
and changed the engine oil
and changed the fluid
and replaced the spark plugs. The unusually black color has a reason behind it—no worries, it’s fine.
Mayonnaise Z1R—continued its inspection and changed the oil
and changed the fluid. The master tank bracket is pretty beefy!
RZV500R—continued its inspection
and changed the fluid.
and changed the coolant
The radiator cap is fine, so we reused it.
CB1300SF—continued its inspection
The shift arm mounting position—even one notch off makes quite a difference
By the way, if you mark the pedal side, you’re pretty much safe. One notch off is so obvious you’ll know right away.
The water pump was slowly seeping coolant.
We replaced this one
and one more location as well.
