Yamaha Bolt… that name is hard to search for, isn’t it?
When you look it up, you get Bolt… original bolts and such
Let’s go with XV950.
We’ll replace the slip-on.
It goes right in and is already done, but…
the bolt position for installation is… hmm????
You have to loosen everything up to get it to fit… classic aftermarket issue.
We’ll replace the fork oil.
The fork oil was nice and clean.
We vacuum-bled it with bubbles.
We cleaned the inside of the boots and dust seals and we’re done.
The bike is shiny ☆ so we’re protecting it carefully.
The wheel bearings should be fine too.
We cleaned up the calipers too.
I figured the black would probably be more appreciated, so I gave it a gun coat.
I couldn’t figure out why this engine guard wouldn’t fit, but I got a better understanding from the internet.
We’re putting it on hold for now.
