After discussing it, we decided to go back to the original.
It would work fine if it were a VFR400R NC30, but the RVF400 is quite different.
As you’d expect from a Honda motorcycle, the RVF400 is so tight that you can’t fit anything but the original parts—it’s incredible!
Let’s clean it up.
Even though we said we’d go back to the original, I completely forgot that the pipe had deformed into an oval shape.
Making a jig to fix it would be a hassle (and cost more), so I searched around for a pipe, and found a stainless steel pipe with a nice inner diameter.
I’ll fix it with a split TO cut. Gently heat it and squeeze it… squeeze it…

I looked into using original hoses too, but they’re all discontinued.
Since we can’t get original hoses, I’ll go with the GPI ones.
