Let’s tackle what we can do right away. We’ll replace the tire and rear caliper.

The right one is Suzuki, the left is Kawasaki—both are Tokico but differ slightly, though they’re interchangeable.
The appearance is usually pretty worn, and since the dust seal is an external type, corrosion accelerates.
While Kawasaki is still supplying them, I think it’s worth replacing the oil-cooled GSX-R series.

This is what an external dust seal type looks like. It’s a caliper with really poor design.

Kawasaki 43080-5083-DJ I was surprised to find detailed OEM parts being sold on Amazon (‘ω’)ノ

The basic structure is the same. The only differences are things like the nipple wrench size going from 8 to 10 MM, or the banjo bolt pitch changing from 1.25 to 1.00.
There’s also some resin filler inside, so use it as you prefer.
