Since it hates moisture, I baked it well-done and dried it thoroughly (; ･`д･´)
This gold changes color when you bake it, so it’s a bit surprising.
Well, it looks about right, so I gave it a little touch-up (‘ω’)ノ
We’re going with Honda bolts.
It would be nice to have various sizes in stock.
All the rear parts have been brought in by the customer, so we’ll assemble them.
I’m using sintered pads on the rear too.
If you chamfer the spots where the pads rub against the body, it runs smoothly.
The rear is now complete (‘ω’)ノ
Being able to paint it yourself is super fast. If we outsource it, we’re easily looking at +2 weeks.

The black paint on the rear master was dead, so I polished it out.
Drilling out the return port with a micro drill is perfect.
Having a set from 0.2 to 0.9 mm is handy.
By the way, you don’t even need a pin vise.
The holes are so fine that lately I often can’t tell if they’re clogged from debris and corrosion or if that’s normal.
For safety, you should drill them out.
The rear master is complete!
Given the age, sourcing parts is quite challenging…
