Anyway, here’s the thing… my eyes hurt all the time. My contact lenses get dried out too.
Until now I’ve been using
a Balmuda Rain humidifier, but for shop use the shape is awkward,
and since I only use it in winter, storage is a hassle.
Plus the filter wears out quickly.
So I figured renting would be better, and I tried this one out.
The design is square and the color is subdued – it looks great. There’s a nice retro feel to it.
“Modern rich” – that’s the phrase that fits.
From every angle it looks refined – it gives the impression of not detracting from the interior.
The control panel is intuitive – no manual needed. Unlike Panasonic, there’s no
subtle nuance that confuses you – it’s very simple and elegant.

The water-fill cap has an Ag+ antibacterial attachment installed, and it rattles a bit.
I’m guessing it helps reduce sliminess.

If you’ve used humidifiers a lot, you know that what really matters is:
• Humidification performance
• Ease of refilling
• Ease of maintenance
These three things.
Since it contains water, mineral deposits and sliminess need attention.
Regular maintenance is essential.
The tray detaches smoothly, and filter access is excellent.
But from experience, I thought the tray underneath would get slimy… but then I realized…

No wonder Dainichi is the number-one humidifier brand – “Dainichi” is truly impressive.
Just swap it out when it gets dirty, and it’s always clean (*’ω’*)

Running it wide open on turbo mode… here’s what happened:
It took about an hour, but we broke 40%.
As a humidifier, it’s very impressive. The square footprint doesn’t take up much space, and refilling is easy.
Since it’s only day one, I can’t say for sure, but so far I think it’s the best!
