I want to make it a bit more high-throttle, you know?
I’m doing unnecessary things again today…
It would be faster to just buy an aftermarket throttle kit.
I find the throttle cable replacement and fabrication to be tedious…am I the only one?
I’ll work on it little by little!

First, I replaced the brake fluid.

A gem from Wyse Gear! Q5K-YSK-063-Y17
36.7φ winding, perfect with this…and it’s only 275 yen…(*´ω`*)
This is content that’s useful to 99.9% of people…not.

Increased winding diameter! It becomes a bit more high-throttle~

Recent models without a stopper mechanism.
It’s just a matter of whether the throttle cable (inner length) contacts the case or not.
I filed it down so there’s no slack in the throttle cable(*´ω`*)
It became a bit more high-throttle. Be careful not to overdo it as it makes throttle operation heavier.
I was supposed to have taken photos of the progress…but I didn’t( ;∀;)

The arm angle of“90 degrees”puts the least stress on it.
If you bend it this much“in the bending/folding direction”force is applied, so be careful.
It’s easier to understand if you“imagine it with both of your index fingers”.

When using aftermarket steps, you should definitely check the“engagement length”.
Occasionally, someone installs it themselves and“the threads aren’t engaged at all”.
For this reason“never test drive DIY work vehicles”is the golden rule.

Where did it contact?
About 1/3 of the pad is worn, so I’ll replace it.

I set the angle like this.
I really dislike these exposed threads…
By the way, I think the ones that don’t stick out have fewer problems with breaking.
So I ordered a 10MM long one(*´ω`*)
