(*´Д`) Good morning!
This is the 8 AM blog post.
Looking around at similar businesses, surprisingly many don’t use bike lifts.
If all these people aren’t using them, maybe they’re not necessary?
Plus, they reduce usable floor space…
But wait!
Time passes. Standing up and sitting down gets tedious.
Oil changes and such became a hassle too.
Bike lift essentials.
The value and reasons you’ll understand once you use it

Now let me talk about this passionately.
Our lift was permanently loaned to us by a certain racer enthusiast.
It’s a type you rarely see these days—
hydraulic foot-pump style.
The simple structure means no air or electricity needed, so the layout is completely flexible.
Of course,
if you don’t know convenience, you can’t know its advantages.
If you don’t know belt sanders, you just sand by hand.
That’s all there is to it.
Once you use one, you can never work without it again.
That’s how convenient it is (*´ω`*)

Most work can be done at chest to waist height
You don’t have to do a full squat or sit cross-legged on the ground to work.
You can work sitting in a chair
or standing like you’re cooking.
You can do it however you want.
Basically, it puts less strain on your body and you get less tired.
Your back and knees are less likely to get injured.
For the sake of your body, I recommend getting one.

You can’t go lower than ground level (´ー`)
What are you talking about? That’s obvious.
Right, it’s obvious.
Areas you can’t see on the ground become visible on a lift.
That’s another benefit.
If you can lift the bike to eye level, you can do delicate work.
It’s easier to check for leaks and seepage.
Removing the oil pan gasket is easier.
You can light it up.
Welding work becomes easier at any position.

Maintenance around the bike body is extremely easy
Brake caliper cleaning and fluid changes require no bending at all.
You can maintain it like you’re working at a desk.
Once you use it, you’ll understand it’s worth it—the bike lift is truly amazing.

The lift is a safe place to set trays
When I was working on the ground, I often stepped on the tray and spilled everything.
On the ground, it’s best to keep things off the work path.
With a lift, things are raised high,
so you won’t step on them or spill them.
Work becomes more reliable and you avoid unnecessary hassles.
(*´ω`*) I quickly searched Amazon

Kernel Bike Lift Air Type Max 500kg 243612B
Wide Long Type with Wheel Clamp
Our bike lift width is about 760mm.
Honestly, it’s narrow. I often wish I could expand just the side stand area.
This model is a bit too wide. But the one below is too narrow.
I want something in between.

Kernel Bike Lift Air Type Max 500kg 243612B
Long Type with Wheel Clamp
This is one model down.
Width and length are quite important.
You need the bike’s size plus the length when both stands are deployed.
It would be the worst if you couldn’t use the front stand…
Maybe bigger is better for lifts?
