TZR250R SP 3XV Seat Cowl Removal Convenience Improvement – Engine Starting Issue Confirmed

The custom parts and seat rails have finished painting, so I’ll be assembling them now~

Lately for these iron/stainless steel parts, I’ve been using “cathodic electrocoat painting” .
The balance of delivery time and price is excellent (*´ω｀*)

I’ve cut away the unnecessary seat rail brackets, so
the seat removal and installation works great.

Generally when I’m making things or thinking about design,
“What would I do if it were my own bike?”

This approach seems surprisingly reliable.
The rear uses a seat opener and is firmly seated on the bracket with a damper.

The front side of the tail cowl is fixed solid with 2 M6 bolts.

The rear layout is from previous work.
You can easily disassemble it with just one hex wrench.

As much as possible, “bolt and nut” configurations should be avoided for better results.

There’s a wire on the lower left when you straddle the bike, so pull that to release the rear.

I handled the previously used holes with genuine Suzuki parts.
Are they still being supplied???

Next I’ll work on adding an additional clutch to the front area~
