It just keeps going and going
without seeming to end
Is it because it’s the weekend?
That’s so relatable♪~
But I’m not working overtime.
These detailed tasks really take it out of you. .

The limiter cut is spliced into the red connector
*It was already set up that way
Assembling it normally looks a bit sloppy
Hide it for a clean look
I’m modifying it with practicality in mind too.

It gets fixed to the frame side
like this.

What is this cut end? . .
Tracing it back, it’s the side stand switch
I cut it short on the switch side
and converted it to a 110 connector
*Just in case I need to revert it

Side stand switch connector
all cleaned up.

Yamaha’s wiring diagrams are kind of subtle. . .
Easy to read, or maybe not?
They’re almost too helpful
I’d prefer if the connector colors were different
*Just my opinion

I labeled the wiring with P-TOUCH
so it’s easier to identify in the future.

About the air cleaner box. . .
It has this tricky setup with nuts from below
Why not from the top?
That’s what I thought. . .

Air cleaner cover bolt
They prepared it, but I rejected it
For areas where dropping would be a problem
I’m using flanged bolts instead of washers
It’s a simple way to prevent loss

The ETC power and ground are also
sourced in parallel.
I try to avoid shared grounds as much as possible

Headlight cleaning requested
The beam adjustment is done inside the case
I wondered if it was okay to wash
but figured, why not. .
I scrubbed and rinsed it thoroughly.

It looks surprisingly clean.
It’s really effective~

The tank mounting wasn’t quite right
The front side was almost touching
I hand-filed an elongated hole with a rotary tool.

This is the limit due to the seat.
It’s a temporary solution for now

I can’t believe they sell parts like this as replicas
2-stroke replicas must be pretty popular.

A keychain with the CMS boy character

The master cylinder is touching the bracket
The ETC indicator and lamp are about all that’s left
It’s been a bit of a struggle.
