The tedious wiring work continues.
After installing various components…
Stock configuration only works with “standard harness routing outside”
= it became a job of routing the rear harness outside.
If I hadn’t tried to hide things from the start… hehe (*´ω`*)
I’m a fan of using Sumitomo 3M for male terminals

I really hate the Osogiboshi sleeves.
The insertion feel is questionable, disconnection is difficult, and inventory keeps piling up.
The Sumitomo 3M shrink tubing is thick-walled, so it’s the best!
Sumitomo 3M releases adhesive when it shrinks so it fits securely.
This CC-3006 can also be used as insulation when soldering wires together. Perfect for 0.5Sq
Sumi-tube FZ and similar products are thin-walled so if you don’t check carefully there’s a risk of penetration.
With Sumitomo 3M, the reliability jumps dramatically .
Left side routes the harness outside per STD

The side cover has plenty of clearance too
If you’ve swapped the carb, internal routing would be cleaner~
*This time it’s back to stock
Somehow I’ve completed all the layout.

Fitting all these components neatly into a stock configuration is quite a hassle.
The wiring layout was way tighter than the component layout.
I think it’s the tightest ever!
Of course nothing is co-mounted to the battery
The battery can be easily removed.
Mystery? Right ~ Right ~ Right?

Only the right turn signal lights up…
Whether I signal right or left “Right?”
That’s ridiculous… When I check with the inspection turn signal, it works normally …
Hmm?

Well, I kind of noticed it before… or maybe not…
The grounding was weak, so current was leaking through the bulb and flowing backwards.
Once the electrical work is done, the rest should be quick?
Let’s move fast (*´ω`*)
