Sunstar Drive Chain! Our shop’s second one?

This is a Sunstar Drive Chain conversion kit with a rich selection of Kawasaki Z series items.

The Sunstar Drive Chain has been out for a while now, but this is actually our second one.
My love for Daido won’t stop, and I can’t help but reach for it.
Since the kit makes things easier, I’d like to expand sales when the timing is right.

Sunstar’s lock washers are fantastic

Two tabs are raised and bent into a plate shape for easy bending.
I’d like to use this when replacing the drive sprocket.

At 3,300 yen per part, it’s quite expensive, but the safety benefits are extremely high.
Above all, how easy it is to bend is absolutely wonderful.

Let’s clean it up and assemble it

Old bikes carry traces of past tribulations.
Working while feeling that history is enjoyable too.

It’s not as workable as modern lock washers.
If you don’t remove it frequently, bending it in a couple of places should be safe.

I also replaced the rear sprocket fastening with a flanged lock nut.
I’ll make the center stand stopper tomorrow (*´ω｀*)
