it’s new but reasonably priced and not very popular?
Since the minimum is 3 months, I decided to rent it and it feels like the strongest option!
Don’t buy this type of appliance—rent it instead! Much better (*´ω｀*)
- New models come out every year and keep evolving
- There are subtle consumables—brushes, air filters, rollers
- Especially batteries are expensive
- The unit itself also deteriorates
Depending on the price, renting a brand new unit feels the best. Use it for a while, return it,
then rent again—it’s really efficient.
If you buy outright, you might be disappointed, so renting first is the way to go.
It’s overwhelmingly better than Roomba. I can’t use Roomba anymore
- The mapping is amazing! LiDAR Navigation and TrueMapping Technology
- It’s so quiet! Silent, Standard, Strong, and Max Power
- It doesn’t bang into things!
- The app is incredibly good!
What surprised me first was
● the speed and accuracy of map creation.
Roomba seems to rely on a camera and repeated collisions, and the initial setup is unpleasant.
Bang, bang! It hits too much! The unit gets covered in scratches.
DEEBOT barely collides, and when it does, it’s very gentle and smooth.
LiDAR Navigation and TrueMapping Technology provide significantly better spatial awareness.
It’s strong even at night! The dotted laser light from LiDAR Navigation is clearly visible in dark areas.
It recognizes and moves using this, so it doesn’t get lost even in dark places.
*Roomba can’t find its way back and gets lost.
● The sound is extraordinarily quiet (compared to Roomba).
If Roomba is a truck, then DEEBOT is a car —that’s the impression.
Even running at max power, it’s incomparably quieter than Roomba.
And it cleans so well—it’s the best!
● It doesn’t bang into things!
When I first rented Roomba, my impression was that it’s a pretty rough appliance, and I thought
this must just be how they are… *Six months ago,
I introduced DEEBOT and set up the initial area, and… it’s quiet and doesn’t bang into things at all.
This is how it should be… yeah, yeah, 21st century!
● The app is exceptionally excellent *Roomba is the problem. First, setup is fast. I’m operating it in an area with slightly weak signal, but it connects on the first try!
No-go zones, scheduling, real-time operation and trajectory, suction/water level adjustments are all possible,
and the interface is very user-friendly. I really thought, later entrants really are strong!
This is getting long, so I’ll continue next time.
It definitely beats Roomba by a mile! That’s what I think.
