Using tools to adjust is a hassle too
People can just adapt themselves
But if you can adjust quickly

You’ll also need an appropriate aluminum collar.
Hole diameter 5φ – width 10MM – outer diameter around 12MM
should work fine.
It’s easy to turn with a torque wrench after inserting the collar
*The lever hits the handle so
When you pull this lever toward you
it becomes “free”.
To loosen or tighten, set it to free
and adjust to a good position.
If you set it to free like this
it spins around smoothly.
When tightening and such
tighten → free → tighten → free
you repeat this pattern.
In this way, the D-handle can be
adjusted freely.
It’s easier to find a good position
you can move it during storage
these benefits are significant.
