Try not to place items directly on the ground.

The wider the visible floor area,
the easier it is to clean and the better it looks.

However,
placing items high up increases effort and risk.
Especially if they’re heavy.

Let me share my organization method as one suggestion.
Try using it as a reference for your own organization.

Easy to clean and store, and doesn’t get in the way…

Actually, it’s difficult. Really difficult.
It took quite a few years to come up with this…
Well, I wasn’t really thinking about it at the time…

But I definitely felt that taking out and putting away heavy toolboxes was a hassle.
That’s for sure.

With my current setup, things have become much easier! ♪

Use the dead space under the table.

You’ll need a long table or similar.
When selecting a table, choose one that’s simple and has storage space underneath.

Since it’s on a cart, moving and cleaning are easy! ♪

If you place things directly on the ground, you have to lift them every time.
“Heave!” You can’t help but let out a grunt.

When you’ve got a bad back, that’s rough.
You’re not always at peak physical condition.
A more comfortable and efficient work environment with less waste improves productivity.

Due to the weight, it can slip off the cart.
Applying a slip sheet helps.

Just pull it smoothly (‘Д’) Woah!

When working, it’s easy to take out, easy to move it right next to where you’re working, and easy to move it around.
Of course, cleaning under the toolbox is a breeze too!

Since we’re using the dead space under the table,
we can use the space effectively.

The old “Beta” I bought and…
“Trusco” are almost identical.

It’s both a happy and sad fact.
I think I’ve seen this with other brands too…
Well, since they’re easy to get, I guess I should be grateful…

For this type of toolbox, plastic is best!

You might think toolboxes should be steel…
The feel of steel is definitely great.

But when you add tools to the box weight,
it becomes extremely heavy…

This toolbox is plastic with metal-look reinforcement, making it fairly sturdy.
I use PE and PP materials quite often.
Most importantly, they don’t break easily.
They’re resistant to chemicals and solvents, lightweight, and inexpensive.
The ability to move them around constantly is also important.

Six cases fit neatly inside this box.

These are mostly specialty tools, so they’re used less frequently than general tools.
However,
if you can use them quickly, don’t have to search for them, and can take them out easily, work becomes much easier.

If you buy all of these, you can organize things the same way.

Ring Star SP3000D Storage

Stored in Meiho Chemical Attache Case A4 ①
*This is a case-in-case setup.

This contains many custom-made tools for installing and removing bearings and oil seals.

Once you make them properly and keep them, you’re set for the future.
I saw someone making them each time before,
and thought “What a waste of time and materials…”
That might have been the trigger.

Ring Star R-240 Storage

This contains tools for removing and installing bearings,
as well as special claw wrenches and such, all jumbled together.

Since I’ve organized them somewhat by purpose, I don’t have to search for things.

Ring Star RP230 Storage

This stores some rather unusual custom-made tools.
With R240 × 2 and RP230 × 1, I can’t store them due to height constraints.
Due to size considerations, one RP230 is necessary.

Meiho Chemical Attache Case A4 ②

This basically contains bearing puller systems.
Specialty tools often come into use at unexpected times.

Since it’s hard to know when to get rid of them,
you want to store them properly.

These cases ↓

Fit perfectly with no waste.
However, the R240 in the middle
has to be taken out each time.

The hinges on the Meiho Chemical Attache Case A4
come off easily, so be careful.

If you put things away hastily, they can come off sometimes, so be careful.
Once you get used to it, no problem.

The handle on top is a Trusco accessory.

Finally, place this on top and you’re done.

All those tools fit into this one box.
Since it’s on a cart, moving and cleaning are no hassle.

I use five of these same cases plus one USAG box for my organization.

Vehicle-specific specialty tools (this one)
Engine specialty tools
Front fork tools
Tire change tools
Vehicle inspection tools
Wiring and electrical materials set (USAG 643L)

Organization takes “time and money.”
However,

it saves even more time and effort going forward.
