Well, I figured it out somehow.
It’s a carburetor heater unit.
Do we even need that?
I’ve never seen a Suzuki model with a heater installed.
Kawasaki sure loves those mysterious junk boxes.
I think Suzuki and Yamaha have the simplest wiring.
I’m going to remove this area!
It should become a simpler configuration.
Looking at the wiring diagram, the fact that it also goes to the coil signal
means it only works when the engine is running, right…?
Well, never mind.
Once I remove it, next time I’ll make it easy to understand with“P-TOUCH”labeling.
P-TOUCH is definitely better than Tepra! The adhesive is strong and doesn’t leave residue.
There’s nowhere to install the antenna.
I found a perfect spot that’s right next to the meat.
I’ll create an M6 threaded hole on the headlight bracket.
Most small parts are the same, butdon’t fix them with“bolts and nuts.”
It’s best to use fewer tools and have good maintainability.
So the antenna bracket installation is complete like this(*´ω｀*)

This one is super small, so I’ll try using it.
Even the D-UNIT feels big these days.
Since this is just a bit larger than a relay, it might become the standard going forward.
I cut out a stainless steel plate and attach it with Megamix.
It’s so incredibly strong that I don’t think it’ll ever come off…
If I can fix it like a turn signal relay, installation will be easier.
I don’t want to fix it carelessly.
