The fork parts have arrived, so I’ll continue with the work!
The fork oil was nice and clean.
After polishing the inner tubes, I checked the runout.
It was perfect with zero runout.
Upside-down forks are nice with fewer parts!
Make sure the cylinder rod bolts slide in smoothly.
Sealing the oil seal with fluorine grease should help prevent leaks.
Bleeding the vacuum pump will ensure reliability.
Just to be safe, I checked the spring rate.
I wonder what this 80 was all about…
It’s reassuring to check that the axle shaft slides in smoothly.
Using a wheel cover will help prevent scratches.
Changed the engine oil and filter (*´ω｀*)
I used CP4660 fluid since I still had one bottle left!
After changing the coolant several times, it finally looks decent.
I reused the cap.
I took it for a test ride and the work is complete!
