Huh? #8 huh… #8 won’t work with this layout, will it?

Cut the oil cooler side and do boss welding?
The paint will peel off…
Considering the machining and material costs, wouldn’t it be faster to just buy one?

I was asked to change the oil line layout…
According to internet info, a cap is OK

It looks okay at first glance, but…
In the drawing, doesn’t the oil line look thicker on the right side??

Gel battery

Liquid (open) batteries have zero benefits these days.

Dilute sulfuric acid and hydrogen gas cause significant corrosion throughout.
Liquid maintenance requires removing the battery every time.
If hydrogen gas ignites, the battery could explode.

Dispose of it immediately.

Initial charging and labeling are essential.
