Whether to overhaul or replace—there are so many things to worry about.
If parts for overhaul were readily available, that would be great, but…
The reality is that not all parts are supplied (;∀;)
So, for the master, I’ll use something else.

“STD master bore 5/8” so I worked backwards from there and then chose based on design.
Honda “45510-MFK-C01” I believe it was from a CB400SF.
The master itself has rounded lines and mirror mounts too.
I think it looks nice and understated. It was around 12,000 yen, I think (lever sold separately).

If I just ordered the standard master lever… it would be “not quite right” in design, so
I chose the “current” one instead.
From a CB1100 SC65. Well, I had mine right in front of me anyway…
“Lever adjustment” can be done much more finely.
Every time I think, what am I doing…
I wonder if this helps anyone…

It’s a bit hard to see, but it’s 5/8, so rest assured.

You wanted mesh hose, but “getting it running is the priority” so I’m proposing a “reservoir plan.” We’ll go with reproduction rubber.

The master is a bit short…
Should I make it dual to work around it… It’s not as straightforward as I thought.
