If the fork stroke is similar and the spring outer diameter and length fit within the fork, it can be adapted. However, you need to adjust the set load, so it won’t work as-is.

Well, it’s radial. The price is reasonable and it’s a pretty nice product.
Due to the lever ratio, the feel is a bit on the firm side.
I’m a wire clutch person, so I use Gale Speed’s ratio-adjustable type.
STD lever/28-30 ratio/black/mirror holder type.
