Nitron delivery on backorder; oil temperature sensor BO in progress
So we’re going ahead and replacing the worn throttle sleeve.
The OEM one has bumps on it. It’s faster to buy a new one than to machine it.
We kept the spool diameter the same at 32 mm.
We cut the grip end because it was making contact.
When you turn the handlebars left and right, please be aware that there’s slack in the throttle cable.
When you turn the handlebars left and right, the throttle gets tight, so we’ve adjusted the cable routing. Be sure to check it.
The oil temperature sensor is also on backorder, so this completes the work (‘ω’)ノ
