[Thoughts] Motorcycle. 98% probability (our data) (*´Д`) Rear brake pedal sits oddly high

I don’t use the rear brake! That philosophy is pretty common too (‘;’)

I’m the type who can’t ride without a rear brake.
Low speed? Lane splitting? When you run wide in a corner? Don’t you use it a ton???

If keeping your foot on the brake pedal is uncomfortable and you’re shifting your foot, try lowering the pedal once.
It becomes way easier, and rear brake operation—even if it’s just a fraction of a second—should feel better too.

Rear brake pedal setup—basically set it high (*’ω’*)

Keeping your foot on it gets tiring…
So you shift it to the right
Or keep it on your toes

If that feels right to you, I think you’re good as is.

But if you want to use the rear brake but your foot gets tired, try adjusting it once. I think it’ll be dramatically easier and your control will improve.

It takes getting used to, but areas that need improvement should be your own color (*’ω’*)

People’s body sizes and preferences are all different.
If your preferences are way off, that’s one thing…

Motorcycles actually have a lot of adjustable areas.
It’s not like you’ll break anything by tinkering, so I think it’s good to fiddle a bit and make it your own color, and it’s fun too.

I think it’s interesting to write down any discomfort or fatigue you feel while riding.
Then try to play around with those areas with minimal adjustment and effort and cost.

If adjustment or compromise works, you don’t need replacement or modification.
But if it’s fundamentally not going to work—if you think the whole thing is a non-starter—then you should take action.

You don’t need to force yourself to feel uncomfortable. If nothing bothers you at all, the condition is probably fine as is.
When you dial in the controls carefully, it becomes fun and easier, I think (*’ω’*)
