Found a promising stem to repurpose, but…
I removed the stem to check the offset amount.
Measuring offset amount tends to get a bit sloppy…(at our shop)
I made a jig so we’d have a standard to work with for peace of mind.
Ah, so it’s 35mm after all…
The stem I want to repurpose is 30mm—the trail increases quite a bit.
On paper it’s equivalent to the GSF and Bandit, which sounds good, but…hmm.
I’ll work out the plan again.
