Rear maintenance and greasing was requested.
We did rear maintenance back in 2013, so this time it’s just lubrication and inspection.
When I pulled off the swingarm, a bearing just popped right out…

and the left side was all worn out too… What’s going on?
For now, I figure the owner won’t get back to us right away.

A hose clamp should hold it tight and be fine.
Back-side waves would be a hassle, so I built it up with a cold attack.
The left side comes apart by hand, but since this is temporary, I’ll settle for threadlocker.
I painted the wheel collar.
I always think machine tools really come in handy for stuff like this.
I think about it all the time.
Why not take this opportunity to invest in some machinery?
