We couldn’t ship it as is, so I cleaned it up, packed it, and sent it out.


The inside of the sprocket cover was dirty, so I soaked it and will wipe it down later.


The banjo fitting is super close—or rather, it might hit. You should give it a little clearance.


I’ll replace the plate and knock pin as well.

It’s better to polish the rod a bit first and then set it to slide smoothly.
Sometimes one won’t come out, so it’s like, what the heck?


It gets a bit bigger. Don’t expect a dramatic weight reduction—just so you know.

Even with new parts, I disassemble once and apply CCI MR20 Metal Rubber
and assemble with the belief that it’ll be a bit smoother.

I applied Gun Coat to the shaft and collar.

Oil changed to Newtech NC50 and oil filter.
Now we’re waiting on the wheels.
