There’s a bit of wiring that needs fixing. It turned into backstep fabrication, then catch tank and battery case fabrication, and before you know it, it’s already the end of October. This is bad.
A year really does fly by…
Originally, it was an aftermarket step with adjustable step position .
Once you set the position, there’s the “I’m never moving it again” rule, which leaves it full of holes and looks ugly, right? So I thought, “I’d like to get rid of those unnecessary holes…”
So I delivered the bike to a certain master craftsman’s shop.
I pulled a sneaky move and told them to work out the details with the owner and the fabricator.
The finished product came back, so I picked up the bike and here’s what it looks like.
Simple design with a unique presence that really stands out .
I think it’s really nice that the pedal and plate are different colors (not all black).
The rear master is Gale Speed. The mounting pitch is adjustable and the quality feels top-notch.
I’d like to upgrade to a serious Brembo unit someday (owner’s comment).
The pants are full of Italian spirit.
The step bar is from a certain maker, and at this price point, the quality is excellent. I’m going to copy this.

It came back with a beautifully smooth, sleek shape.
The cowl stay was slightly bent, so I requested a replacement.

The headlight was cloudy, so I thought “might as well clean it,” and when I removed the HID…
Inside, a reflector-like part was broken and about to fall out. A blessing in disguise.
There are moments like this when you wonder if God really exists.

Based on a previous case…
“Oh, it’s broken” → order → temporary assembly → parts arrive → disassemble again → replace part → final assembly.
Isn’t it something to be saved by a few hundred yen in inventory?
Don’t just leave the headlight beam alignment as is because the owner won’t notice.
Main ground wire cut and modified to this point.
