③GSXR1100K Inspection Gale Speed Radial Master SUS Mesh Hose Fabrication Oil Cooler Replacement and More

Continuing on.

It gets about 4.3 mm larger in diameter.
Even the Bandit 1200 isn’t this large. ← If you use the Bandit 1200 release, it’s a bit larger, so it does get slightly lighter.

It’s an O-ring, not a cup. If you remove it and apply metal rubber coating before assembly, the initial break-in might go more smoothly.

Depending on the fitting shape, there can be contact, so from experience it’s better to file it down.

This is fine.

The materials arrived, so I’ll get to fabricating right away. The lower side is S-STBJ.

The master side can be straight, so a banjo fitting would work, but I want to gain height so I’m using a 90-degree fitting. When making even a single hose, it’s not just about connecting it with hose—you should minimize contact points and think about removal to create a layout with no maintenance issues.

The brake side is 45 degrees, tapering gently to the TEE-FIT.

The rear was fabricated simply with two S-STBJ fittings.

With the K-Factory large-diameter clutch release and 19 mm radial master, you get a light yet responsive clutch. When the control feel matches your sense, it becomes much easier and more enjoyable.

The spark plug and air filter are fine too.

“It’s dirty…” but you can’t do it yourself, right? With a one-sided setup, disassemble, polish, and reassemble in about 10 minutes?

I think it’s the shop’s job to do what customers can’t do themselves. Here’s the behind-the-scenes look at this service.

We’re considering an oil cooler guard and should be able to deliver it by next weekend.
