Since I might want to throw on the full fairing later if I get bored, I’m ruling out any frame modifications.
It’s a bit tacky, but I’ll use a thread chaser to fix the threads…
I picked up a reproduction because it was a good deal, but it turned out to be bare steel… bummer.
So adding a spacer on the base side did the trick.
Yeah, the seat looks great when it’s on.
