With year-end approaching, I can’t get my hands on much.
I apologize for the super light content.
Old bikes have big turn signals, which means great visibility.
But the turn signal rod is really long, so I was a bit hesitant.
I thought if the outer diameter matched, I could use a spline adapter, so I ordered a Kijima part.
It looks like a fine and coarse fit—well, it should be fine.
Lately they mark these things in detail, which is reassuring.
I drilled holes in the bracket I made the other day and fixed it.
For now, just the front.
The tank is on.
I thought about switching to a Newton cap, and the fuel petcock position bugs me too, but if I invest too much in the tank, I’ll end up thinking “should I have just bought aluminum?” so I’ll keep it gentle and easy.
I really want to add a breather—RACING style.
