Now that I have all the materials, I’ll continue with the work.
The angle was too tight and it got stretched out and squeezed.
At 45 degrees it should look much cleaner.
Straight to 45 degrees, two of them, then swap out the olives and mesh hose and reassemble. I really think reusable hoses like this are great.
That’s how it turned out.
There happened to be a threaded hole in the stem, so I used that.
The front stand is going to be a bit tricky this time.
I want to secure the fender, but with a nut on the back it’s really tedious to install.
I’ll shear it to the planned dimensions.
Punch with an R die, four of them.
Weld-on nuts, four of them.
Then grind and done.
Apply double-sided tape, tighten and secure it really well.
I also made a hose vibration damper.
For safety, I wrapped both sides with thick insulation tape.
That’s how it is.
It’s all black now. I also replaced the turn signals.
Basically complete.
