It finally arrived! Let’s install the Yoshimura engine cover.
I’m getting ahead of myself from the 1100.
The other day something strange happened. A customer contacted us saying they swapped a Yoshimura cover on their GSXR750 (GR71F) at home, but oil is leaking from a hole?
I wondered if there was even a hole there.
Since it wouldn’t stop leaking, they came in, and when I checked, there was a machined hole remaining right where I was pointing my finger.

The manual shows it open. I don’t see many 750s, so I’m not sure, but how does everyone else handle it?
I made a pin that’s almost 0.0 mm and pressed it in to fix it.
Back around ’95, nobody bought this cover. I think it was under 10,000 yen.
I installed the left one too.
As you may have noticed, the bolt position on the upper right differs from K through N, so basically it won’t fit.
It looks great.
