Nothing special to report. It’s just a matter of fitting it neatly to the individual bike. Off-the-shelf products don’t offer flexibility in length or layout. Even if I were told to install an off-the-shelf product, I probably couldn’t fit it neatly either.
Even when something says it’s for ○○, there are lots of traps out there.
It looked pretty clean when disassembled, which was reassuring.
It’s decent. Using a Bandit 1200 makes it a bit of a bigger piston. That’s the final spec for you?
The cup is decent.
Then I finish it off nicely and smooth before assembling.
Grinding and polishing takes less than five minutes. The key is how to finish it cleanly in the shortest time.

It’s not beautiful, so I cut it off. Even though I’m not getting paid for it, it’s like this every time.
I tightened it up quite a bit.
Ground and polished smooth.
