That’s quite a sharp spec… hmm.
Well, first things first. The seat mounting is corroded and won’t stay fastened.
I mean, seat bolts and all that… it’s rough, right?
If possible, a standard receiver bracket is the smart way to go.
Since it’s a hassle, I’m grinding the plate and reusing it. Sorry, no M8 weld nut on hand.
Paint it,
countersink and taper rivet,
done twice.
The area under the seat is pretty involved… I’ll get to that later…
My favorite Battle Factory arrived. Wow, it’s beautiful.
I’ll grind it for a uniform finish.
This one too,

to limit the handlebar turning angle.
Without handlebar lock, it fails inspection. I’ll trim it a bit so the lock works.
Next, the decompressor lever position is bad, so I’m cutting it from the holder, making a plate, and getting it ready.
Then weld and grind.
The underside is tight on layout, so I’m not making it fancy up there.
A barring plate might work well in that empty hole?
It’s good to push with your thumb, but maybe I should keep it parallel to the clutch lever…
