Let’s add barring to the front fender.
The original idea was: if the material is thin enough, maybe we can do it even on curved surfaces?
It turned out way too easy, which left us slightly bewildered.
Hmm, it ended up looking a bit half-baked, so we added more holes and used it as a test run too.

Our shop also has a triangular pattern. This one didn’t come out quite as deep.
We opened up the sides as much as we could.
Hmm, satisfied.
It’s turned into something unprecedented. We’re not worried about sand flying up or anything like that for now.
Yeah, barring is the way to go. Yep, that’s how it felt.
We’re working on it in between other jobs, so we’re getting proper work done today too.
