Let’s check the fuel cap passage.
The customer reported stalling symptoms only on the highway during cruising. There have been various causes in the past, and I didn’t think the fuel system was involved, but we confirmed it today. It’s a bit unsettling.
How is the air flow? Let’s disassemble and check first.

I’m amazed at how they came up with such a design—I’m enchanted by 1980s engineering. The shape is subtly troublesome, and the gasket contact area is slightly raised.
We’ll polish it clean and reassemble it.
Since it’s also difficult to go on another highway test ride, we’ve applied a no-modification fix for now. Please see how it goes. The performance is very good.
