We do all kinds of custom fabrication work.
It’s melted a bit… and I’ve done quite a bit of weight reduction… since it’s my own bike. This is a bracket for the Plasma V Plus. Since it’s annoying to have nuts falling off, welding them in place improves workability.
After that, it’s secured with a bungee cord and you’re good to go.
I’m adding to an electrical plate I made long ago. Ideally I’d remake it, but due to time constraints I’m reusing it.
The 60mm diameter hole is quite impressively large.
Installation looks like this. The Motogadget m-Unit V.2 — commonly called the “fuse panel.” If you’re rebuilding the harness, using this makes things easier in every way. The Watanabe is plug-in style as always.
This isn’t a work strainer. It’s a small storage basket made by bending perforated sheet metal. Want to bring home some dried fish? Or maybe not…
It’s fine even if raw fish juice leaks through.
The radius bending and welding were tedious.

I’m polishing and reusing some backsteps I made long ago. The workmanship is rough though.
I should remake them when I get the time.
