
There are quite a few burrs. If possible, it’s reassuring to smooth them out.

It’s in a condition that could be reused, but we’ll replace it.

The lower side has quite a few burrs too, so we’ll smooth those out as well.

We’ll assemble it using Newtech NC100.

The marks will remain, so later we can check how tight it was torqued, whether the bearing contact or adjustment nut moved, and so on. We mark it to reduce ambiguity.

We also replaced the wheel bearings.


We also disassembled the front caliper and switched to aluminum pistons.
Of course, inspecting and assembling properly leads to safety.
