The generator damper wasn’t showing severe wear.
The damper wear is pretty significant. The primary reduction is also squeaking a bit, so it may have been ridden hard.
Removing it now makes the next service easier.
When routing the oil temperature sensor wiring, please run it from the rear.
• Running it through the muffler area risks melting • It interferes with muffler removal and engine damper service • Rear routing looks cleaner.

The cam is in great condition with no seizing.
