Today I’m going to move forward with the remaining work. We threw in an aero kit just for fun as a service. The flush fit feels great.
There might be an issue with the intake manifold, so I removed it to check, surfaced it, and reassembled it. We’re going to reuse the intake manifold.
I wanted to synchronize the carburetors, but just like when the customer brought it in, it’s still running rough…. This is frustrating.
The spark is flying, so it’s probably the carburetors….
It’s a case of “wrong assembly” (assembling something incorrectly by mistake), so please be careful with DIY work.
Finally got all four cylinders firing, and since I adjusted it the other day, it’s barely out of tune.
Well then, let’s move on to the next thing.
