We made the antenna bracket and lamp bracket a low-profile design.
To fabricate the bracket, we drill holes in SUS-HL stainless steel, cut it, face it, deburr it, and then bend it.
By the way, fabrication work takes a lot of time, so we don’t accept fabrication jobs on their own. We’ll consider it if it’s bundled with maintenance.
A peek from below—if this hole were a barelled hole, that would be perfect! We’re considering it.
We tapped the ETC power supply. We used 040 gauge 0.5 sq wire; thinner might work too, but we went with this due to color availability.
The excess wiring goes into a premium mesh sleeve.
We deliberated long and hard, but considering the convenience of inserting and removing the card, we ended up placing it here.
The tandem seat has a zipper, so it’s easy to pull out tools when needed.
