GSX1400 Katana & YZF1000 Thunder Ace Flat-Rate Motorcycle Inspection

It feels like we’ve finally gotten back to normal operations, and I’m relieved.
What’s so convenient about having an inspection tester in the shop?
• We can do it at the shop, so no actual costs (saves money)
• No need to take it to a tester shop (saves time)
• No risk of the bike getting scratched at a tester shop (prevents problems)
They shove their hands in without even laying down a towel, so it’s pretty scary.
• Issues we can’t handle on site—dim headlights, light beam adjustment problems, and exhaust emissions—can all be dealt with at the shop (saves time)
We bring it in with the determination to pass inspection on the first try!

It was 35/35W, so I was a bit worried, but it’s around 20,000 yen.

Raybrig’s multi-reflector has excellent light collection, so it’s over 40,000 yen
However, the light beam adjustment is very sensitive, and with just one G of suspension movement it quickly reaches the fail line.

CO and HC are always fluctuating.
I’ll head over tomorrow
