Z1000J: 16065-1135, pitch 58 mm, bore approx. 40 mm diameter
GS1000S (late-model): 13110-49010, pitch 68 mm, bore approx. 42 mm diameter
CR SPL spigot outer diameter: 41 mm
To use the Z1000J, I’d need to make an adapter due to the pitch difference
“The adapter would push the carburetor back.”
To use the GS1000S, I’d need to make or find a spigot due to the outer diameter difference
“The cleanest and most straightforward”
What to do? This GS1000S manifold is built so much better.
The regulator is huge—let me try a current model!
