It’s already close to 100,000 kilometers, so the sidestand sole is down to about 2 mm.
I hear a titanium sidestand is being released at a certain factory,
so this time we’re replacing the sole.
 

 
It’s looking pretty rugged now.

Direct battery relay ★
I tend to recommend a direct battery relay over HID, and that’s what the owner went with.
Took off the bodywork and fiddled around.
With the direct battery setup, we basically don’t co-crimp anything to the battery terminal.

The ground at a certain spot looked like it might come loose… got sidetracked
The finished wiring kit includes various terminals and connectors, so no worries!
