Yeah, well—anything annoying like that, I always put off for later.
 

 
Welding it to the fairing bracket is simple enough.
But then you have to remove the bodywork, take out the light, strip the paint, weld it, paint it… hmm?

T = 10 mm, 17. I hate using nuts, so even if it’s a bit thick, I’ll just go with stripped threads.
I’ve got various ball end mills on hand, so I’ll mill away bit by bit.

I set the ETC and navigation to 050.
It looks quick, but I actually spent quite a bit of time thinking it through.
