We’re stepping down from 28Φ to 20Φ ★ Grinding away bit by bit and press-fitting!
For now, we’re doing a temporary tack weld of the boss to the swingarm, then paint and we’re done ★
The annoying torque rod (this one’s floating) is gone too, so it’s nice and clean and lightweight.
The look will be nice and simple too.
The metal saw blade was so dull that once I changed the teeth, it cut like a dream!
Fresh teeth really do make a difference.
I’ll send the old one out for sharpening.
