I’ve been listing various insurance properties,
but nothing’s working out…
I’ve visited quite a few local real estate agents, but they all rely on REINS,
and every single property they show me is the same one…
Later on, instead of REINS,
I had them show me only local properties to save time.
By chance, a customer mentioned that a place nearby had opened up,
so I went to view it right away ★
“Since it was originally industrial, this should be easy ♪”
But when I actually viewed it, I was way off,
and nothing matched—not the store layout, the lot size, or the location…
Seriously? I was so disappointed ↓
So the real estate agent asked me, “How much space do you actually need?”
I told them that at minimum, I need
between 100 and 130 square meters, or it won’t work and I can’t operate.
When I said that,
they drew a map by hand
and said, “This place just opened and isn’t listed yet—why don’t you go check it out?”
And that’s how I was fated to meet the property that became the NEW FACTORY.

A bit tight, but it has an entrance…
I was told I was being greedy for saying “I really need an entrance and parking lot”
This is in Meguro Ward, Kakikizaka ★ Finally found it!
But I can’t necessarily get a contract for any business type,
so this is where I get to show my skills ★
