Oil leaking from the right-side seal…
We had to disassemble it.
The oil and everything inside were black as ink…
The old inverted fork had rust forming on the inner tube,
and the plating on the inner tube had worn thin.
It’s been a while since I held an old inverted fork—it’s heavy!
The current model’s fork is so light that when you lift the front, you’re surprised.
We cleaned it up beautifully!
