People say stuff like “the water bill is cheaper” or “two-tub machines clean better,” but that’s ridiculous.
The real point is saving wasted time and using your hours efficiently.
It takes almost forty minutes—maybe an hour? And it’s so boring: wash, rinse, spin, hang dry.
You have to stand by the machine the whole time.
Oh, and here’s the thing about water bills—there’s a fixed tier, and as long as you stay within it, you pay the same rate.
Back in the day, I tried to pinch pennies on the water bill by reusing leftover bathwater for laundry every time.
Two months later, the bill was the same. After looking into it, I realized what was going on.
Once the typhoon passes, autumn is right around the corner.
